BAE Systems subsidiary in York has been awarded a $36.4 million contract by the US Army to enhance evacuation systems for vehicles and heavy combat equipment. The project is expected to take two years to complete and will be completed by the end of summer 2025. This is the company's second major contract with the Army in recent months.
