The UK Government's Commercial Function has released their 'Knowledge Drops', giving an overview of the Procurement Act of 2023. The document features information for contracting authorities, suppliers and also for SME/VCSEs. 

This builds upon efforts to change the nature of public procurement regimes, whilst trying to improve general awareness and understanding relating to certain exemptions or processes.

The guidance piece was released in early December and features several videos containing key insights into public procurement.
