Washington approves $23 billion F-16 deal with Turkey

Following negotiations throughout 2023, the US has now approved a $23 billion deal to sell F-16s to Turkey.
The deal is one of several approved fighter deals this past week, bringing the total to $37 billion worth of deals with allies.
It comes following Turkey's ratification of Sweden's NATO membership, which had been held back initially.
