•27 CNC turning machines, 10,000 production hours available per month.

•Maximum capacity is 1200mm diameter x 1500mm long

•Many machines have barfeeds enabling us to feed up to 100mm diameter.

•Virtually all machines under 5 yo, meaning we have the latest technology.

 

CNC Milling

•22 CNC machines including bedmills, Vertical Machining Centers and twin pallet VMC's

•Maximum CNC capacity is currently 2500mm X 800mm.

•Many of our machines are  4-axis for one-hit machining operations.

• 3 of our machines have 5-axis capability.

 

CNC Sliding Head

•Two Star SV-32 machines with 32mm bar capacity.

•Further investment has seen the addition of Citizen A20 & A32 machines and a new Doosan Puma ST20G machine.
