Project, Programme & Portfolio Management (P3M)

We provide flexible, scalable PMO and Portfolio Management capability to support you and help you choose the right programmes and projects to achieve your business goals.

We have experience in leadership positions across P3M. We are  responsible for significant Profit & Loss accounts in multi-national businesses, critical budgets in large programmes, and the delivery of projects crucial to our client’s success. In addition to leading projects, programmes and portfolios, we also provide support to those within our client’s organisation who do this work. 

Project Controls & Risk Management

We offer the expertise to set up and operate a client’s Project Management Office (PMO) ensuring the right data is captured and used for the benefit of their business. Using our experience of project controls tools (MSP, P6 and Artemis), we can perform specific roles within a PMO.

We have experience working with industry-leading tools (ARM, @Risk, etc.) and we understand that quality, rather than quantity, of data, coupled with focused and sustained action will help avoid the uncertainty that can erode time, cost and quality.

Sub-contract, Procurement & Supply Chain

Efficient subcontract management promotes consistency in managing subcontracts across functions, mitigates risk to the organisation and contract, and can increase profitably.  We pride ourselves on our ability to develop relationships, engage across teams effectively and develop pragmatic solutions.  Modern, complex programmes are heavily reliant on subcontractors and we have demonstrable experience to make a difference.
