Large electrical enclosures took time because of the amount of material to be removed but equally the intermitant clean down time to prevent the machine becoming clogged with swarf , for this customer time , price and a perfect finish were needed , so we worked with several tooling suppliers untill we found the perfect finish for the aplication that also reduced time need to clean out ( now to zero ) and reduced time honking out all the material .
